Registration form may be downloaded here, printed out and submitted at the Hermitage Church office.

Players & Cheerleaders must attend one Evaluation / Orientation Session

First Evaluation / Orientation Day: Monday, Nov. 26 (6:00 - 8:00PM)

Second Evaluation / Orientation Day: Tuesday, Nov. 27 (6:00 - 8:00PM)

Coaches Meeting: Monday, Dec. 3, 7:00PM

Dates to Remember: 

Practices Can Begin: Monday, Jan. 7

First Game: Saturday, Jan. 12

Last Game / Awards Celebration: Saturday, Mar. 2

All Games Saturday Morning at HCN Gym
